apply_couponApply a promotional coupon code or discount voucher to the active shopping cart session identified by cartId. Recalculates discounts and updates the cart subtotal and final total.

create_cartInitialize a new shopping cart session for the customer. Returns an authoritative cartId session handle. To inspect existing cart contents, use get_cart. To add items, use add_to_cart.
