Longer commitments unlock larger discounts (exact amounts vary by home — call getFlexOptions for details). Members can transfer between any of Landing’s 250+ furnished homes with two weeks’ notice. The exact tiers a home accepts vary (e.g. a 90-night-minimum home rejects the 1-month tier). Call getFlexOptions for the home before quoting a tier to the user. If the user is "flexible" without picking a length, default to committedNights=180.
